Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech field experience (sales/MSL/HCP)
• Ability to communicate scientific data accurately to physicians
• Proven credibility with customers and strong customer-centric mindset
• Experience engaging HCPs with scientific dialogue and medical information
• Cross-functional collaboration and compliant business conduct

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications and drives demand within a defined territory
• Articulates clinical rationale for product use to HCPs
• Maintains deep scientific expertise on assigned products
• Prepares territory and account plans
• Uses SOPHIA to inform call plans and provides feedback to leadership
• Collaborates with field teams to deliver superior Customer Experience (Cx)
