Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Therapeutic Area Specialist for the Cardiovascular portfolio in Farmington, MI. The role focuses on scientific dialogue, data-driven engagement with Health Care Providers, and planning to maximize patient access to BMS medicines.

The TAS will build credibility with regional thought leaders and office staff, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure compliant promotion within designated territories while prioritizing patient safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales or MSL roles.
• Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians and other HCPs.
• Proven track record building credibility with customers and concierge-level Customer Experience (Cx).

Responsibilities

• Promote approved indications within defined territory to meet/exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Develop comprehensive territory and account plans and leverage tools to inform call plans.
• Maintain high level of scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Conduct in-office presentations and discussions with HCPs aligned to label.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure superior Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs and stakeholders.
