Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP roles.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to physicians.
• Demonstrated credibility with key customers, office staff, and other stakeholders in the customer influence network.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Builds and maintains a high level of scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares and implements comprehensive territory and account plans using available tools (e.g., SOPHIA).
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver an enhanced Customer Experience for HCPs.
