Job summary

Netpace Inc. seeks a Director of Cardiovascular Services in Thousand Oaks, CA to lead the cardiovascular department, oversee operations, and ensure the highest standards of patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with physicians and hospital administration to implement quality initiatives, develop strategic plans, manage capital and operating budgets, and maintain current STEMI, Chest Pain, Stroke Center, and Joint Commission designations.

Qualifications

• College degree required; masters preferred (MSN, MBA, or MHA).
• California RN license or ARRT radiologic technologist registration with CA certification.
• Minimum 5 years in Cardiovascular Services with leadership experience (prefer 10).
• Currently must be a Director of CV overseeing a 300+ bed facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Cardiovascular Services and ensure successful operations.
• Coordinate integration and teamwork of all Cardiovascular departments for optimal patient care.
• Partner with administrative staff and Medical Director to meet regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Develop strategic plans and manage capital and operating budgets for cardiovascular services.
• Maintain STEMI, Chest Pain Center, and Joint Commission Stroke Center designations.
