Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC invites applications for a Cardiovascular Services Director at a community hospital in Los Angeles. You will lead the cardiovascular services line, working with the Cardiovascular Medical Director and facility administration to ensure the highest level of patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Master’s degree (MSN/MBA/MHA preferred), CA RN license or ARRT with CA certification, and 5–10 years in cardiovascular services including leadership,

• Minimum of 5 years in Cardiovascular Services, with at least half in leadership.
• Must have structural heart experience and strong leadership.
• Current California license as a Registered Nurse or ARRT certification and CA certification.
• Masters degree preferred (MSN, MBA, or MHA).

Responsabilidades

• Lead Cardiovascular Services operations, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Cardiovascular Medical Director and facility admin to ensure high-level patient care and regulatory adherence.
• Oversee strategic and tactical plans, budgeting, and capital/operational management.
• Maintain STEMI designation and Chest Pain Center accreditation.
