You will collaborate with the Cardiovascular Medical Director and facility leadership to ensure optimal patient outcomes and regulatory alignment.

The role requires a strong track record in cardiovascular services leadership, budget oversight, and strategic planning to maintain accreditations and designation standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (MSN, MBA, or MHA).
• Current California State Registered Nurse license or Radiologic Technologist registration through ARRT and CA certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Cardiovascular Services operations.
• Coordinate integration of Cardiovascular Departments for optimal patient care.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and quality initiatives in collaboration with Medical Director.
• Lead capital and operating budget planning for Cardiovascular services.
