Job summary

Corona Regional Medical Center is seeking a Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead Cardiac Services including Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology and Special Procedures. You will shape policies, procedures, studies and treatments while collaborating with physicians, staff, and administration to drive service excellence and patient outcomes.

This role emphasizes safety programs, staff mentoring, physician alignment, and operational throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in related field required.
• Master's degree from an accredited College or University in related field preferred.
• Five (5) to Seven (7) years of clinical experience in Cardiac Services required.
• Minimum three (3) years leadership experience in a Cardiology Department/Cath Lab required, acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Director of Cardiac Services responsible for Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Special Procedures.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, studies and treatments with physicians, staff and administration.
• Lead safety programs and Service Excellence standards to improve patient and staff experiences.
• Oversee operational efficiency, throughput, patient rounding and patient experience.
• Report to C-Suite and collaborate with regional and corporate service line leaders.
