Job summary

Career Land Center is seeking a Director of Cardiovascular Services for a 380+ bed acute care facility in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will lead the operations, quality and strategy of all cardiovascular departments and supervise the Cardiac Cath Lab Manager.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will partner with administration, physicians and the Cardiovascular Medical Director. You will manage capital and operating budgets and ensure STEMI designation, Chest Pain Center accreditation and Primary

• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's is preferred.
• Experience overseeing a 300+ bed facility is a plus.

Career Land Center is hiring for a Director of Cardiovascular Services for a 380+ bed acute care facility in Thousand Oaks, CA. It is the only Level II Trauma Center in East Ventura County.

About the role

You will lead the operations, quality and strategy of all cardiovascular departments, and the Cardiac Cath Lab Manager reports to you. You will report to the VP of Operations and partner with administration, physicians and the Cardiovascular Medical Director. Your duties include capital and operating budgets, and maintaining STEMI designation, Chest Pain Center accreditation and Primary Stroke Center designation. Structural heart experience is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's (MSN, MBA or MHA) preferred
• Current California RN license, or ARRT-registered Radiologic Technologist certified in California
• 5+ years in Cardiovascular Services (10 preferred), at least half in leadership
• Currently serving as a Director of Cardiovascular Services
• Oversight experience at a facility of 300+ beds

Schedule

Full-time, days, Monday–Friday, no weekends
