Job summary

Career Land Center is seeking a Director of Cardiovascular Services for a 380+ bed acute care facility in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will lead the operations, quality and strategy of all cardiovascular departments and supervise the Cardiac Cath Lab Manager.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will partner with administration, physicians and the Cardiovascular Medical Director. You will manage capital and operating budgets and ensure STEMI designation, Chest Pain Center accreditation and Primary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Cardiovascular Services, with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's is preferred.
• Experience overseeing a 300+ bed facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, quality and strategy of all cardiovascular departments.
• Supervise Cardiac Cath Lab Manager and collaborate with physicians and leadership.
• Manage capital and operating budgets and ensure STEMI, Chest Pain Center and Primary Stroke Center designations.
