Job summary

Corona Regional Medical Center is seeking a Director of Cardiac Services to lead Cardiac Services including Cath Lab, IR, and Special Procedures. The role requires strategic leadership, regulatory compliance, quality programs, and a focus on patient and staff experience.

The ideal candidate holds a California RN license with BLS/ACLS, 5–7 years in Cardiac Services, and at least 3 years in leadership within an acute care setting. Collaboration with administration and physicians is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 5–7 years of clinical Cardiac Services experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a Cardiology Department/Cath Lab.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cardiac Services (Cath Lab, IR, and Special Procedures) and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide mentoring and collaborate with physicians, staff, and administration.
• Drive strategic growth and physician alignment; assure operational efficiency and patient experience.
