Titan Placement Group is recruiting a Director of Cardiovascular Services in Thousand Oaks, CA to lead a comprehensive cardiovascular program and partner with executive leadership on strategy, quality, and growth. The role emphasizes autonomy in cardiovascular operations, quality outcomes, and program development within a major acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Currently the candidate should be serving as a Director of Cardiovascular Services
• Has led cardiovascular services within a 300+ bed hospital
• Minimum 5 years of cardiovascular experience with significant leadership
• Structural heart experience and strong leadership skills
• Active California RN license or qualifying ARRT/CA radiologic credentials
• College degree; MSN, MBA, or MHA preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead cardiovascular operations, strategic planning, quality, physician collaboration, and program development
• Partner with executive leadership and the Cardiovascular Services Medical Director
• Oversee strategic and capital planning and operational budgets
• Support cardiovascular quality initiatives including STEMI, chest pain, and stroke programs

We’re hiring a Director of Cardiovascular Services in Thousand Oaks who wants to lead a comprehensive cardiovascular program while advancing quality, growth, and patient care.

You’ll step into a hospital leadership role focused on cardiovascular operations, strategic planning, quality, physician collaboration, and program development. You’ll have meaningful autonomy while partnering with executive leadership and the Cardiovascular Services Medical Director.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $141,544-$202,000 based on experience
