The position requires 1-2 years scheduling experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with clinical software. Day shift, full-time, on-site in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years scheduling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of keyboarding, medical terminology, and multiple scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate procedures across Imaging Services.
• Obtain pertinent medical history to optimize patient experience.
• Support technologists and maintain accurate scheduling records.
• Collaborate with patients, providers, and imaging team to reduce delays.
