Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk with professionalism.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments for hospital and ambulatory settings.
• Accurately collect and enter patient information into the system; verify insurance data.
• Provide accurate financial information to clients and assist with basic billing queries.
