AtlantiCare in Atlantic City is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for Imaging Services. This role oversees scheduling and medical records, ensuring accurate procedure timing and documentation prior to exams, and collaborates with imaging staff, patients, and provider offices to gather medical history and reduce delays.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1–2 years scheduling experience; proficiency with STAR, PowerChart, and IRIS (Radnet) is preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years scheduling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of keyboarding, medical terminology, multiple software systems/applications used for Scheduling (STAR, PowerChart, IRIS).
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily scheduling and medical records in Imaging Services.
• Ensure accurate and complete scheduling of procedures and documentation prior to exam.
• Collaborate with imaging team, patients and provider offices to obtain pertinent medical history.
• Support technologist workflow for the assigned patient area.
