Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years office experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Minimum 1 year insurance experience; CPT4 and ICD-10 coding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in clinical applications preferred; training provided on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk office support in hospital, ambulatory, or setting.
• Schedule patient appointments in a timely and organized manner.
• Collect and verify patient insurance information and enter data accurately.
• Provide accurate financial information to clients and support performance improvement efforts.
• Demonstrate teamwork and cooperation within the organization.
