Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Seattle to drive territory results and build strategic business plans with cross-functional partners.

You will nurture relationships with physicians, analyze market data, and execute targeted sales activities across a complex, matrixed environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field and 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with preference for cardiovascular/cardiometabolic background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Consistent top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on targets in designated territory geography.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.
• Strong autonomy and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations.
• Use data/tools to determine sales strategies and business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and conduct group presentations as needed.
• Plan activities to ensure regular coverage and manage territory budget.
• Complete administrative tasks timely and execute the company brand strategy.
