Job summary

Syneos Health in partnership with a large Biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) in the San Diego area. You will build relationships with physicians, specialists, and prioritized healthcare stakeholders while delivering product-focused clinical presentations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or business-to-business sales internship experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships and influence prescribing habits.
• Ability to learn, apply, and communicate products and disease states.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding results.
• Team player who can also work independently and is highly collaborative.
• Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills.
• Strong digital acumen with interest in adopting AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing a territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and engage top target customers.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and HCPs.
• Understand healthcare delivery systems and key personnel.
• Develop product and market knowledge; analyze local trends.
• Collaborate with sales, brand teams, and support partners.
• Manage territory budget; complete administrative tasks on time.
• Execute brand strategy and participate in training programs.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to enhance engagement.
