IntermountainHealth is seeking a Cardiovascular OR RN to join our operating room team in Grand Junction, CO. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and nurses to deliver safe, high-quality care for cardiovascular surgical patients.

This role requires strong assessment, planning and documentation skills in a fast-paced OR setting. BSN is required along with Colorado RN licensure or a compact license and current BLS certification.

Qualificações

• BSN from an accredited program.
• Current Colorado RN license or compact license with the ability to obtain Colorado RN license.
• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• At least 1 year of Cardiothoracic nursing experience in a comparable setting.

Responsabilidades

• Recognize and address patients’ psychological and physical needs.
• Foster continuity and quality of care with patients and families in mind.
• Assess a patient’s medical status upon admission.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
