Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular OR RN to join our surgical services team in Grand Junction, Colorado. You will deliver safe, high‑quality care to patients undergoing procedures and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nurses to ensure exceptional outcomes.

This role requires a BSN, Colorado RN license (or compact), and BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate. We offer education reimbursement up to $5,250/year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program.
• Current Colorado RN license or compact license.
• BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association, ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate.
• At least one year of Cardiothoracic nursing experience; highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and address patients’ psychological and physical needs.
• Foster continuity and quality of care with the best interest and well-being of patients and their families in mind.
• Assess a patient’s medical status upon admission.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
