Job summary
Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to lead strategic engagement with hospital and health-system accounts in the cardiovascular area. You will work across matrix teams to diagnose account environments, develop comprehensive plans, and execute initiatives that promote our cardiovascular portfolio while ensuring compliant, value-driven interactions.
You will build durable relationships with key decision-makers, collaborate with Medical Science Liaison colleagues when appropriate,
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of sales/account management experience or related experience.
- Masters degree and 4 years of sales/account management experience or related experience.
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of sales/account management experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose the business environment for assigned accounts and plan actions for success.
- Develop strong relationships to support portfolio performance and brand strategies.
- Lead account plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy and institutional needs.
- Coordinate with field teams and matrix partners to promote products compliantly.
- Identify drivers and barriers and implement pull-through initiatives across teams.
