Job summary

Amgen Inc. (IR) is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to lead strategic accounts and drive access for Amgen CV products across inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will build deep relationships with hospital decision-makers and collaborate with field teams to implement plans that improve portfolio utilization. The role requires strong account management, healthcare sales, and cardiology experience, with a flexible, matrix-driven environment and opportunities for remote/hybrid work

Qualifications

Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with relevant account management/sales experience.
Experience in healthcare payor environments is highly preferred.
Cardiology, dyslipidemia, heart failure, and hospital access knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic accounts across cardiovascular products in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Develop and execute account plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy.
Collaborate with field teams and Medical Science Liaisons to optimize access and utilization.
Engage hospital decision-makers: Pharmacy, Cardiology, Lipid, P&T committees, etc.
