Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Key Account Manager - Cardiovascular to lead strategic engagement with hospital and health-system accounts across assigned territories. You will drive access, implement account plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to promote cardiovascular products in line with policy and compliance standards.

The role emphasizes alliance with medical science liaisons, payor partners, and field sales to optimize product utilization in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters or Bachelor's with relevant sales/account management experience.
• Experience in healthcare payor landscape or hospital accounts is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cardiology, dyslipidemia, heart failure and related care settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead for assigned key accounts, delivering compliant, innovative strategies.
• Ensure institutional availability across inpatient and ambulatory care settings.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy and needs.
• Collaborate with field teams and medical affairs for aligned messaging.
• Build relationships with hospital decision-makers and key clinical leaders.
• Provide field insights to analytics, brand and market access teams.
