Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to cover a multi-site territory including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Boynton Beach. You will diagnose account environments, build relationships with hospital leaders, and execute plans to optimize cardiovascular product utilization in complex health systems.

You will work with a matrix team and external customers to influence portfolio performance while ensuring compliant, data-driven messaging across multiple touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or equivalent with 2+ years of sales/account management experience.
• Master's degree with 4+ years of sales/account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of sales/account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead for assigned key accounts, executing compliant, innovative strategies to engage priority providers.
• Ensure institutional availability across inpatient and ambulatory care settings.
• Lead implementation initiatives enabling sustainable utilization across institutions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to CV business unit strategy.
• Collaborate with field teams and medical science liaisons to support portfolio performance.
