Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to lead strategic account plans and engage prioritized providers across inpatient and ambulatory settings. You will collaborate with field teams and medical science liaisons to optimize portfolio performance and access within complex health systems.

The role emphasizes building relationships with clinicians, payors, and hospital leadership to drive utilization of Amgen cardiovascular products while navigating the evolving healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience
• Masters degree and 4 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead for assigned key accounts, executing compliant, innovative strategies to engage priority providers.
• Ensure institutional availability across inpatient and ambulatory care settings.
• Lead implementation initiatives that enable sustainable, institution/system utilization.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to cardiovascular business unit strategy.
• Collaborates closely with field teams including compliant partnership with aligned medical science liaison(s).
• Build professional relationships with key account decision-makers including Hospital Pharmacy, Lipid Clinical, Heart Failure Clinical and Quality Directors.
