Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences.
• Experience in catheter technology and cardiovascular sales is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to determine needs, goals, product usage, and cases.
• Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage by delivering presentations and demonstrations.
• Routinely attend procedures in hospital operating rooms and advise on product usage.
• Responsible for attainment of sales and revenue objectives for the territory.
• Partner with Clinical, Field Clinical Reps, Marketing, R&D and other units to identify selling opportunities.
• Conduct consultative sales calls with Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and speak clinically to physicians.
