Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Regional Sales Director for Shockwave Medical Inc., located in Lexington, KY and Nashville, TN. The role is remote within the territory, with up to 50% travel to customer sites.

You will build and lead a regional sales team, develop revenue plans, coach reps, and collaborate with Marketing, R&D and Area VP of Sales to drive adoption of IVL technology for calcified cardiovascular disease.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven track record of leading sales in the medical device or disposable device markets.
• 5+ years of demonstrated success leading and managing a sales team and exceeding quotas.
• Strong sales, recruiting, leadership, organization, planning and prioritization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel over 50% if needed.

Responsibilities

• Build, oversee and help drive a regional field sales team to maximize revenue and exceed targets.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue streams.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.
• Provide coaching and motivation to achieve revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D and Area VP of Sales to align market needs and commercialization.
