Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co. seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Cardiovascular to drive demand and build credibility with HCPs in the Atlanta region.

You will deliver scientific, data-driven discussions and cultivate relationships with regional thought leaders, medical groups, and office staff. The TAS will execute territory plans, leverage CE^3 and other tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a compliant, customer-centric experience while advancing BMS

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network.
• Experience in cardiovascular preferred.
• Demonstrated strong account management skills and proven sales performance track record.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Articulates clinical and scientific rationale for product use to create demand in appropriate patients.
• Maintains a high level of scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares and executes comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Uses CE^3 to derive insights and inform call plans; provides feedback for improvement.
• Collaborates with other field teams to enhance Customer Experience (Cx).
• Ensures compliant, evidence-based promotion and interactions.
