Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within an assigned territory and develop strategic territory plans.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional partners and strong analytical skills to leverage market data. The ideal candidate has 3+ years pharma/biopharma sales experience, with 2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic areas, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Must be self-motivated with ability to work autonomously and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish/protect professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations.
• Use data/tools to determine strategies for business decisions and territory coverage.
