Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Must be self-motivated with high autonomy and travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing a territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine sales strategies and actions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and organize territory activities.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks timely.
• Execute brand strategy within the geographic area and participate in training programs.
