Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced, high-performing Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization. This role drives prescriber activation and therapy adoption for our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran, across complex healthcare environments.

The position requires a strong clinical acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
• Experience working within integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Analyze prescribing trends and access landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage territory budget including speaker programs and promotional initiatives.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education within labeling.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive cardiometabolic landscape.
• Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer engagements.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Navigate health systems and coordinate with Key Account Managers.
