Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to support the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran for rare cardiovascular conditions. You will drive prescriber activation, educate clinicians, and differentiate Arrowhead therapies in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver clinically accurate product education to prescribers and differentiate Arrowhead therapies.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Patient Services to align territory execution.
• Maintain compliant field activity and accurate CRM reporting; travel ~30%.
