Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization. This role supports the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran (siRNA targeting APOC3).

The position focuses on prescriber activation and sustained utilization within complex healthcare environments. You will engage cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies that require access navigation.
• IDN or complex healthcare systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education within labeling.
• Build trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Patient Services for territory execution.
• Maintain compliant CRM activity and documentation.
• Travel ~30% and represent Arrowhead at regional and national meetings.
