Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to support launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran (siRNA targeting APOC3), for rare cardiovascular conditions.

The role emphasizes prescriber activation, data-driven territory planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption and durable utilization in complex healthcare settings. Expect ~30% travel and field-based engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years pharma sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas preferred.
• Experience working within IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to cardiologists and specialists.
• Build and sustain relationships across healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
• Maintain compliant CRM activity and meet travel expectations (~30%).
