Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals seeks experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to drive the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. You will activate prescribers, navigate IDNs, and collaborate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to accelerate adoption.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma sales, 3+ years in specialty cardiovascular areas, and strong clinical data communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience navigating IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to prescribers.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation and travel as needed (~30%).
