Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to support launch and growth of the cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. This role focuses on prescriber activation, adoption, and sustained utilization within complex healthcare environments.

It requires strategic planning, clinical depth, and execution across IDNs and healthcare systems. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to align territory execution with enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to prescribers.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Patient Services.
• Maintain compliant documentation and CRM activity.
• Approx. 30% travel to regional and national meetings.
