Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to launch and grow our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran for FCS and SHTG. You will drive prescriber activation, accelerate therapy adoption, and help sustain utilization in complex healthcare environments.

Join a science-driven team focused on RNAi therapies, with cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
• Experience working within integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Prescriber activation with clinical engagement and compliant, evidence-based education.
• Stakeholder and account management across healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Patient Services.
