Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Specialty Sales Representative to launch and grow our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran (siRNA targeting APOC3). This role drives prescriber activation and therapy adoption within complex healthcare environments.

You will travel to engage cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs, delivering compliant product education and building durable physician relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Demonstrated success launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate education to prescribers within approved labeling.
• Build and sustain trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services to align territory execution with enterprise strategy.
• Maintain compliant documentation and CRM activity; travel ~30%+ as required.
