Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced, high-performing Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization. This role supports the launch and growth of the cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran, with a focus on prescriber activation and sustained utilization within complex healthcare environments.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of pharma sales experience, with 3+ years in specialty or cardiovascular areas preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience navigating integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex health systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education within labeling.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive cardiometabolic landscape.
• Execute speaker programs and educational events to drive awareness and adoption.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
