Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to support the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. The role focuses on prescriber activation, therapy adoption, and sustained utilization within complex healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated success in launching or expanding complex therapies with access navigation.
• Experience in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to align execution with strategy.
• Maintain CRM activity and ensure compliant promotional practices.
• Travel ~30% to represent Arrowhead at meetings and conferences.
