Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization. This role supports the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran, targeting rare cardiovascular conditions and high-need patients.

As a Specialty Sales Rep, you will drive prescriber activation, enable therapy adoption, and sustain utilization through strategic field engagement, data-driven territory planning, and compliant communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years pharma sales experience, with launch or expansion of therapies.
• Experience in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience navigating IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to prescribers.
• Manage relationships with cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
• Ensure compliant documentation and CRM reporting; travel up to 30%.
