Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with end-user accounts in the territory and tailor training
• Assist Technical Support and end users in troubleshooting
• Assist with evaluations tailored to customer requirements
• Maintain compliance and quality in laboratory practices
• Develop relationships with Account Executives and distributors
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with sales
• Manage travel within territory
• Submit accurate expense reports
• Enter data into Salesforce and related systems
• Attend meetings and complete compliance and product training
