You will work in a fast-paced healthcare setting, ensuring accurate scheduling, chart preparation, and smooth coordination with laboratories and testing services.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with clerical experience and certification/BCLS within set timelines; familiarity with IDX, Medipac, and LastWord is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED with three years clerical experience, six months at Patient Scheduling Coordinator level or equivalent.
• Completion of certification program and maintenance of accuracy standards.
• BCLS required within 30 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Schedule and coordinate clinical appointments for new and returning patients.
• Coordinate extensive laboratory work and diagnostic testing.
• Answer inquiries and resolve patient issues with professional communication.
• Maintain patient charts and ensure chart readiness prior to visits.
• Perform medical coding and assist with billing as needed.
