Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of centralized scheduling in healthcare, familiarity with EMR systems (athenaPractice preferred), and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year centralized scheduling in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, cancels, and reschedules patient appointments.
• Documents vital information for appointments as needed.
• Condenses physician schedules as needed.
• Directs incoming calls to appropriate departments.
• Performs tasks such as registrations, referrals, voicemails.
• Other duties as assigned within role.
