Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and professionally at the point of contact.
• Answer inbound calls, document details, and relay information to the team.
• Accurately gather and input patient demographics and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; obtain pre-authorization and notifications as needed.
• Obtain signatures and consent forms; schedule appointments in the system.
• Coordinate case times and verify physician privileges prior to scheduling.
• Collect co-pays and payments; address patient billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and the business office for smooth patient flow.
• Monitor voicemails and route messages for timely follow-up.
• Sort and route documents in RightFax to appropriate departments.
