Locations include Morristown, Parsippany, Bridgewater, and Hackettstown. Qualifications include a high school diploma (an associate degree preferred) and 3+ years in a medical office

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in Medical Office Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a medical office environment or relevant area.
• 2+ years of administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients for case histories prior to appointments.
• Schedules and coordinates appointments.
• Maintains patients' health records.
• Verifies insurance coverage and assists billing with claims.
