Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a Certified Medical Assistant for our Physician Office – Kenwood Cardiology location to support physicians in delivering high-quality patient care.

You will review and update health records, measure vital signs, and prepare treatment rooms while assisting with clinical and clerical tasks to ensure smooth patient flow. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this front-line role.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED.
• Active Medical Assisting certification from CMA/RMA/CCMA/NHA etc. verified as required.
• BLS/CPR certification may be required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and provides courteous service in a clinical setting.
• Reviews and updates patient charts, verifies test results, and prepares rooms.
• Measures vital signs and documents findings accurately.
• Performs clerical duties such as inventory, referrals tracking, and phone coverage.
• Troubleshoots problems promptly and supports clinical team as needed.
