Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active MA certification from CMA/RMA/CCMA or NHA/NCCT or similar required; ABR-OE acceptable in some states.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Review and update health records; ensure charts are accurate and up to date.
• Measure vital signs: pulse, respiration, blood pressure, weight, height.
• Prepare treatment rooms for examinations and support physician workflow.
• Perform clerical duties: inventory, referrals tracking, phones; troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by clinic leadership.
