Job summary

SWICFT Cardiology in downtown Naples is seeking a Medical Assistant and Cardiovascular Technician for a fast-paced cardiology office. The role spans clinical and administrative duties including stress testing, ECGs, Holter/event monitoring, labs, and patient triage.

Applicants should have prior medical office experience, strong computer and EMR skills (Athenahealth a plus), excellent communication, attention to detail, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Prior medical office experience is required.
• Proficient computer skills with knowledge of electronic medical records.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and organized.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Current BLS.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stress testing, room patients, ECG, Holter and event monitoring.
• Ensure all labs and diagnostic results are available for the clinician.
• Handle electronic prescription refills and busy phone triage.
• Cross-trained in all duties with task allocation as needed.
