SWICFT Cardiology in downtown Naples is seeking a motivated Medical Assistant to support a busy cardiology practice. You will assist clinicians, room patients, perform ECG and Holter monitoring, and handle administrative tasks. A proactive team player with strong communication and confidentiality is essential.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and the ability to work across clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. BLS certification and EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior medical office experience.
• Proficient computer skills with knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR).
• Athenahealth experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and organized.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Current BLS.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Spanish is a plus.

Job Description:

Medical Assistant (MA). SWICFT Cardiology, located in downtown Naples, is actively seeking a Medical Assistant for a busy, fast-paced cardiology office. This is an opportunity to join our team in this expanding practice located in downtown Naples. We are looking for bright, organized individuals that will follow instructions and clinical orders but who also have initiative. Candidate will perform a variety of duties in both the clinical and administrative areas.

Job Duties Include:

Assisting clinicians with patient care, rooming patients, ECG, Holter & event monitor, chart abstraction & making sure all pertinent labs & diagnostic test results are available for the clinician; electronic prescription refills, and busy phone triage. All M.A.'s will be cross trained in all duties but tasks are divided.

Job Requirements:

• Prior medical office experience.

Job Type:

Salary:
