SWICFT Cardiology in downtown Naples is seeking a Medical Assistant and Cardiovascular Technician for a fast-paced cardiology office. The role spans clinical and administrative duties including stress testing, ECGs, Holter/event monitoring, labs, and patient triage.

Applicants should have prior medical office experience, strong computer and EMR skills (Athenahealth a plus), excellent communication, attention to detail, and a current BLS certification.

Cardiovascular Technician/ Medical Assistant (MA)

SWICFT Cardiology, located in downtown Naples, is actively seeking a Medical Assistant for a busy, fast-paced cardiology office. This is an opportunity to join our team in this expanding practice located in downtown Naples. We are looking for bright, organized individuals that will follow instructions and clinical orders but who also have initiative. Candidate will perform a variety of duties in both the clinical and administrative areas.

Job duties include:

Assisting with stress testing, rooming patients, ECG, holter & event monitor & making sure all pertinent labs & diagnostic test results are available for the clinician; electronic prescription refills, and busy phone triage. All M.A.'s will be cross-trained in all duties but tasks are divided.

Job Requirements:

• Prior medical office experience.
• Proficient computer skills with knowledge of electronic medical records.
• Athenahealth experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and organized.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Current BLS.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
